What we offer
We are a team of friendly, experienced and highly skilled Clinical Psychologists and Cognitive Behavioural Therapists based in London. We specialise in treating depression and anxiety (including, amongst others, OCD, PTSD, phobias, depression, self-esteem, work stress, and generalized anxiety disorder) using CBT. Exposure with Response Prevention (ERP) is a significant part of the therapy we offer, as this is an extremely effective and evidence-based part of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy for Anxiety.
Alongside our work in private practice, most of us work for, or have worked for, the Centre for Anxiety Disorders and Trauma at the South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust, a highly respected specialist anxiety treatment clinic at the forefront of evidence-based psychological treatments for anxiety.
We are accredited with the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies.
We are committed to effective, evidence-based therapy delivered skilfully and with warmth and compassion.
Therapy sessions do not focus on the past but rather on how to make positive and helpful life changes.
We offer evening, as well as daytime appointments.
We are registered with most major medical insurers.
All of our appointments are currently online, and will be for the foreseeable future.
We also provide training and clinical supervision.
What we are unable to offer
Unfortunately, we only treat adults in our clinic.
We do not offer face to face appointments through the practice.
We do not provide treatment on behalf of BUPA.
We are unable to provide ADHD assessments or treatments.
