We collect the information submitted to us on our registration form when this is submitted by clients. This includes (where provided) client full name, date of birth, address, email, phone numbers, GP name and address, how you found out about our clinic, and insurance details where relevant.
Personal information you provide about third parties: If you give us information about another person, you confirm that the other person has appointed you to act on their behalf, and agreed that you shall:
- consent on their behalf to the processing of their personal data,
- shall receive any data protection on their behalf, and
- shall consent on their behalf to the transfer of their personal data abroad.
How we use the information we collect
We collect information for our clients and website users for the following purposes: to respond to requests for further information, or to set up an initial assessment consultation when users register for this purpose.
Who your information may be shared with
We may share your information with:
- Your doctor, psychiatrist, insurance company or other third parties, where you give your consent for this.
- Colleagues working on behalf of London Psychologist Ltd.
- Law enforcement agencies if required to do so in connection with any investigation in potential unlawful activity.
Keeping your information secure
We will use technological and organisational measures to keep your information secure.

Right to request a copy of your information
You can request a copy of your information which we hold (this is known as a subject access request). If you would like a copy of some of all of it, please:
